Late last night a bus that carrying a bunch of students who were coming back from a local hockey teams game, crashed into a tree.
Authorities have revealed that sadly one student has passed away from the crash and 26 have been injured.
Police have not revealed much from their investigation at the moment, but they have stated that the bus was returning students from a local hockey game when the incident occurred.
They were attending a Northeastern University game, and the time of the incident was about 10:30pm in the town of Waltham.
The poor girl who passed away from the incident was only 25-years old, a Brandeis University student and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The remaining passengers were all transported to the hospital for evaluation, but luckily for most, they were released today.
We at House of Hockey would like to offer our sincerest condolences to the families involved in this horrible incident.
