Former NHL Players Take Advantage Of The Hype
Several former professional hockey players are jumping on the opportunity to play in a pickleball league called PBX Pickleball. PBX Pickleball provides opportunities for everyday people to go up against some of the world's best athletes in a game of pickleball.
Some of the NHL names listed to be coming to PBX are as follows:
Patrick Sharp
Dave Bolland
Freddy Modin
Kris Draper
Jarmo Kekalainen
One surprise that makes this list is Jarmo Kekalainen the current general manager of the Columbus Blue Jackets. As pickleball continues to grow in the U.S. and around the world it will be interesting to see if any other high-profile NHL players get added to the list of PBX members.
