Little ball of hate Brad Marchand, who turned 34 a few days ago, has revealed that he may require hip surgery at some point in the offseason. The extent of injury and surgery requirements is unknown, but the hip is obviously an integral part of any hockey players body, so this could be causing fans to have alarm bells go off.

Drafted by the Bruins in 2009 in the 3rd round, Marchand has been a consistent contributor for Beantown, including scoring 100 points in 2018, and winning the Stanley Cup with the team in 2011.
A controversial player at times, along with Patrice Bergeron Marchand has been a face of the Boston franchise and a fan favourite.
