With every loss that doesn't result in a change of Management or Coaching we inch ever closer to the Vancouver Canucks making a move on the ice.
Over the last 24 hours it seems the two names most prevalent seem to be that of Captain,
Bo Horvat and
Brock Boeser.
There are rumours circulating that there could be match to be found between the Canadiens and Canucks as both Canadian teams hope to make changes to their culture.
Another rumour circulating links both the Devils and New York Islanders to both players. It would not be surprising to see Lou Lamoriello try to right the ship in Long Island with an impactful trade. Lou is known for being brash and not accepting subpar results. This combined with the Islanders new arena it would be hard to believe the Islanders will stand pat and accept the last place finish.
As both Jim Benning and Travis Greene remain in their positions, it is difficult to imagine a change is an imminent.
