Per a report from NHL analyst Anthony Di Marco, the divisional foe Philadelphia Flyers are allegedly interested in Artemi Panarin of the New York Rangers.
One major move that will be soon coming up for the New York Rangers is a trade of Artemi Panarin, who was officially told by GM Chris Drury that he will not be given a new contract.
As teams jockey into position to try and acquire Panarin at the March 6 trade deadline, one surprising team is jumping out per a new report.
Per analyst Anthony Di Marco, the divisional foe Philadelphia Flyers are interested in Panarin.

But what would Panarin cost? Per NHL analyst David Pagnotta, it would be a first round pick, a top prospect and an unnamed third piece to acquire him.
David Pagnotta: Re Artemi Panarin: Sounds like the typical pricetag for a top tier rental...which is a first round pick, a top prospect and a third piece or whatever equivalent amalgamation of that - Sportsnet Today (1/22)
Artemi Panarin Won't Be Re-Signed By The Rangers
Not long after the Rangers sent out a letter to their fans explaining that they were in a retooling process, it was released that general manager Chris Drury informed Panarin that he will not be given a new contract by the team.
Panarin is in the last year of the seven year contract he signed in 2019 with the Rangers after coming over from the Columbus Blue Jackets.
His current AAV (average annual value) is $11,642,857.
