Multiple Florida Panthers players target Matt Rempe after Rangers OT win
After the New York Rangers defeated the Florida Panthers in overtime two days ago, a video surfaced showing multiple Florida Panthers, including Matthew Tkachuk, players going after Matt Rempe.
Since breaking into the NHL, Matt Rempe has established himself as a physical presence worthy of playing for a Stanley Cup contender. After game three on Sunday, the Rangers went to celebrate together and as Matt Rempe was skating to his teammates, multiple Florida Panthers players went after him.
A couple of Panthers players picked off Matt Rempe as he was coming off the bench to celebrate the Rangers OT winner
Whether it's 4 minutes or 10 minutes, Matt Rempe even dressing is getting in the heads of the Panthers.
It is hard to make out the players who went after Rempe but one is definitely Matthew Tkachuk as he is wearing a letter on the front of his jersey and was one of the players on the ice when Alex Wennberg scored the game-winner.
The Rangers and Panthers are set to play again tonight and will likely continue to go after Rempe assuming he plays.
