There has been rampant speculation about a potential return by Marc-Andre Fleury, and the future Hall of Fame goaltender has addressed those rumours.

Ex-Pittsburgh Penguins goalie Marc-Andre Fleury decided to come back in September for one last game in the preseason with the team he won three Stanley Cups with, and there was the natural question on whether he'd want to give it one more go.
Fleury said recently that he's been contacted by several NHL teams to gauge his interest about a potential comeback, but now he's setting the record straight on whether his retirement from the NHL is permanent.
Fleury has put any rumours of a potential return to bed - at least, mostly.
Probably not. A couple teams asked. But I just said, 'No.' It's tough for some reasons. - Marc-Andre Fleury

Fleury did imply that Wild GM Bill Guerin, who was Fleury's teammate in Pittsburgh for their 2009 Stanley Cup win, has left the door open for a job in the Minnesota front office for him.
Billy said come whenever. I get to meet the scouts, player development, the coaches. It's good to see that side of the business, right? Then maybe next season I can fit somewhere. - Marc-Andre Fleury

Fleury went 14-9-1 with an .899 SV% in his last official year in the NHL.

Marc-Andre Fleury Is Ranked Second In NHL History For Goalie Wins

Fleury's 575 career wins in the NHL with the Pittsburgh Penguins, Vegas Golden Knights, Chicago Blackhawks and Wild rank second all time in NHL history for a goalie behind only his boyhood idol Martin Brodeur.
Fleury won three Stanley Cups in his career, all with the Penguins, and took the expansion Golden Knights to the Stanley Cup Final in 2018, but fell three wins short.
At some point, Fleury can expect his No. 29 sweater number to be retired in a major ceremony in Pittsburgh.
