Unfortunately after an insane week for the former NHL pest Sean Avery, it seems as though his return to playing professional hockey has come to an end. It was just announced that the Orlando Solar Bears of the ECHL are releasing Avery from his professional contract only two days after he signed the deal.
In the past few days we have seen multiple former NHL fighters announce publicly that if Avery makes his way back into professional hockey, they also want a chance to come back just to fight him! But if appears that Laraque or Barnaby wont get the opportunity.
In the last 24 hours it looks like Avery has removed his Instagram posts regarding his return to hockey and replaced it with stories about returning to California to be with his son.
Is this the end for Sean Avery?
