It's no secret the Chicago Blackhawks are a hot mess right now. Blackhawks General Manager is looking like he's having a clearance sale, dealing away young talent like Kirby Dach and Alex DeBrincat at the Draft. Now it looks like Kyle Davidson is looking to clean house for a full-on rebuild.
Two players expected to be dealt at any time are Patrick Kane and Jonathan Toews. Both Kane and Toews will go down as arguably the best duo in Blackhawks history. However, both have also voiced their displeasure of the direction the Blackhawks have been heading these past few months.
Blackhawks GM Kyle Davidson already has his eyes set on the 2023's projected first overall pick Conor Bedard. That obviously means another painful year for Kane and Toews, if they stay. Toews looks to have one foot out the door after his recent criticism of the Blackhawks five year plan.
Patrick Kane is 33 and will go down as one of the best American born player of all time. Kane was drafted by the Blackhawks 1st overall in the 2007 draft. Kane has played in 1,107 games, scoring 430 goals, and adding, 750 assists.
