According to NHL Insider Renaud Lavoie, there will not be a hearing for Alexis Lafreniere after he caught Victor Hedman in the head with his shoulder in game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

According to a report from NHL insider Renaud Lavoie, there will be no hearing and therefore no supplemental discipline for New York Rangers forward Alexis Lafrenière after Lafrenière took a run at Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman in Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Final.
Hedman left the game after the hit, but returned in the third period.
There was definitely head contact and it looks fairly intentional, so it comes to a bit of a surprise that there is not atleast a one-game suspension for Lafreniere.
