A few minutes ago, the insider Elliotte Friedman confirmed major news regarding a recent first overall pick.

Friedman Confirms Buffalo Sabres First Overall Pick in 2020 Owen Power Out At Least a Week With Injury

The Sabres' defenseman Owen Power got injured in a practice yesterday and will miss at least a week.
"On @WGR550 this morning, BUF coach Don Granato said Owen Power -- injured yesterday in practice -- is out at least a week."
In 51 games this season, Power scored 18 points, including two goals.
The Sabres are set to face the Los Angeles Kings tonight and we'll see how they do without one of their top defensemen on the lineup.
