Milan Lucic has had some issues off the ice in recent times, but ahead of a potential NHL return, he and his wife have broken the silence on their situation.
In his final NHL season to date with the Boston Bruins, Milan Lucic dealt with some drama off the ice, as he was involved in a domestic dispute with his partner, with the charges ultimately being dropped.
Despite that, many believed we wouldn't see him in the NHL again given his deteriorating play and the baggage that comes along with him, but earlier this off-season, in incredibly confusing circumstances, the St. Louis Blues signed him to a professional tryout.

Recently, Lucic's wife Brittany fielded some questions on social media, most of them being about her marriage and the situation with Milan, and in that, she praised him for the work that he has put in to making things right.
"Me too! Proud of our incredibly powerful journey doesn't need to be a life sentence when you put in the hard right work!"
In that Q&A, she opened up on accountability and self reflection, something that has clearly helped them both get back to a better place as Milan looks to push for an NHL return.
Isn't it so easy to blame others, have no accountability, identify the role you played in your life, or even have to self reflect spooky stuff going to those places.
Ultimately, fans will always have their opinion on the situation and whether or not Lucic should be allowed to make a comeback, but for now, the pair seem happy with how things have gone ahead of his PTO with the Blues this off-season.
