New York Rangers Matt Rempe scratched for game six against Carolina
The New York Rangers are just one win away from the Eastern Conference Finals, and on the road against Carolina, they've scratched Matt Rempe.
Matt Rempe has burst onto the scene for the New York Rangers this season, and while he's done plenty of positive things for them, he's also had some bad moments, especially in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. Now, ahead of an almost must-win game six for New York, he's been scratched from the lineup, according to reports in Carolina.
#NYR warmup rushes in advance of Game 6 at PNC Arena:
Kreider - Zibanejad - Roslovic
Panarin - Trocheck - Lafrenière
Cuylle - Wennberg - Kakko
Vesey - Goodrow - Brodzinski
Lindgren - Fox
Miller - Trouba
Gustafsson - Schneider
Igor
Quick
Despite taking to the ice, it appears Rempe will be a scratch in this one, and with Blake Wheeler and Filip Chytil both potentially in the lineup for a game seven, it may mean we see less and less of Rempe in the playoffs.
