The reported asking price by the Calgary Flames for forward Blake Coleman has been released by analyst Eric Francis on Sportsnet 950 The Fan.

It's been a struggle once again for the Calgary Flames, who still have not made the playoffs since 2022.
Barring a miracle finish, the Flames will once again miss the playoffs this year, and not surprisingly, multiple players have been included in trade rumours as the Trade Deadline begins to creep closer.
And even though veteran forward Nazem Kadri has taken up the bulk of those rumours, another player who could soon be moved is veteran Blake Coleman, who signed with the Flames in 2021 after helping the Tampa Bay Lightning to consecutive Stanley Cups.
Per analyst Eric Francis on Sportsnet 590 The Fan, the likely asking price of the Flames in exchange for Coleman would begin at the very least with a first-round draft pick.
I'm not suggesting you're going to get two first-rounders for Blake Coleman, but you don't even think, you don't even answer the phone, unless someone starts by staying first rounder. Otherwise, I guarantee they don't make that trade.

So, it's a first-rounder, plus, plus, and it could be as up to three players. He's a whole lot more attainable than, say, a Nazem Kadri, whose cap hit is a little more cost-prohibitive for someone to acquire. - Eric Francis

So far this year, Coleman has 21 points (13G, 8A) in 44 games.

Blake Coleman Signed With The Flames In 2021

After helping the Lightning to consecutive Stanley Cups in 2020 and 2021, Coleman signed a six-year contract to play for the Flames with an AAV (average annual value) of $4.9 million.
In his NHL career, which started after the New Jersey Devils took him with the 75th overall pick in the 2011 NHL Entry Draft, Coleman has 311 points (163G, 148A) in 668 games.
