Per multiple reports, the Edmonton Oilers are set to acquire Jason Dickinson from the divisional foe Chicago Blackhawks, who will not make the playoffs this year.

The Edmonton Oilers have made the Stanley Cup Final in each of the last two years, and they're hoping to make it a trifecta this year.
Oilers GM Stan Bowman, who is under pressure to deliver a Stanley Cup to Edmonton during Connor McDavid's time with the franchise, is acquiring additional help at the forward position.
Per NHL analyst Elliotte Friedman, the Oilers are acquiring Jason Dickinson from the divisional foe Chicago Blackhawks:

Per NHL analyst Frank Seravalli, the Oilers are also trading Andrew Mangiapane and a conditional draft pick to the Blackhawks as part of the deal.

The Oilers And Blackhawks Have Made A Trade With One Another

So far this year with the Blackhawks, Dickinson has 13 points (6G, 7A) in 47 games. Mangiapane, who is in his first year in an Oilers sweater, has 14 points (7G, 7A) in 52 games.
The Oilers have been trying to trade him for weeks now, but were not able to find a buyer until today.
The trade deadline this year is March 6. We'll see if Bowman makes any other moves.
