Patrick Kane linked to the Vegas Golden Knights
Patrick Kane is currently set to hit free agency and the former Chicago Blackhawk and current Detroit Red Wing could be going to the Vegas Golden Knights.
Since being drafted first overall, Patrick Kane has gone on to have one of the most successful careers in NHL history winning three Stanley Cups and multiple other individual awards.
The American winger is now linked to one of the best teams in the NHL, the Vegas Golden Knights, as the team to potentially bring him back to the Stanley Cup.
With a few forwards undoubtably heading out in free agency, the Golden Knights could use the next Phil Kessel.
Could that player be... Pat Kane?
Vegas does bring a lot to the table for Kane as they have a contending roster which he could be a key part of. The problem with a Kane signing would be that Vegas would have to move on from some pieces they may not been too keen on moving.
With Jonathan Marchessault and Chandler Stephenson both without contracts for next year, Kane could be a backup plan if neither works out.
