David Pastrnak comments on the Bruins potentially bringing in Leon Draisaitl
Leon Draisaitl currently has one year remaining on his contract with the Edmonton Oilers and may wind up playing for a rival team, potentially the Boston Bruins.
Since Patrice Bergeron retired, the Boston Bruins have been in need of a bonafide first-line center. They have been cycling through Pavel Zacha and Charlie Coyle this past season but were unable to go far in the playoffs with those two as their top two centers.
Currently, Leon Draisaitl is in the Western Conference Finals with the Edmonton Oilers but once their season ends, things will become uncertain as he has one year left on his contract.
Recently David Pastrnak went onto the Spittin' Chiclets podcast and he commented on Draisaitl potentially going to Boston.
«I would love Draisaitl.»
Pasta would love to see Leon come to the Bs
With a definite need for a first-line center, there aren't many better than Draisaitl, and a combo with him and Pastrnak would strike fear into goaltenders all around the NHL.
