Zach Werenski knocked out of the game by a HUGE hit

Zach Weresnki takes a pass and skates the puck into the zone, once he gets a shot off he gets creamed by Wild's player Jacob Middleton with what looks like a shoulder to the chin of Werenski.
Once Werenski got up he went straight to the room and did not return to the game.
It does not look like it was a clear headshot but we have seen suspensions for much less recently. Do you think Middleton will be receiving a call from the league?
