Tampa Bay gets star player back for game 3
The Toronto Maple Leafs got their revenge in game 2 after getting absolutely destroyed in game 1. The Maple Leafs took the Tampa formula and fed the Lightning goal after goal, and ended up winning 7-3 in what finished as a physical affair.
It's important to note though that the Lightning were missing two of their best defencemen in game 2 in Victor Hedman and Erik Cernak.
Hedman was out with an injury that limited him to only one period in game one, and Cernak is out with an injury that he sustained after a dirty hit from Michael Bunting in game one.
The good news is, Hedman was on the ice today is a full practice jersey:
