It seems there is something brewing behind the scenes with struggling Jeff Petry and coach Dominique Ducharme. During tonight's post game Petry gave the following answer about how he felt the team performed:
«It's the same things, over and over. We're not playing as a team, we're not playing as a group. It's like you're searching to find where people are. It seems like there's no structure out there.»
It's clear as a defenseman Petry is referring to things as simple as outlet passes where the forwards don't appear to be where they should be on certain plays, but when asked about Perry's comments post game Ducharme had a much different opinion on the matter.
Ducharme's reply simply, "not quite." Ducharme even went on to applaud his team's performance tonight despite another lose.
It's clear there is another storm brewing for Jeff Gorton to monitor.
