Nick Foligno has had quite the career thus far, after being drafted in the 1st round back the Ottawa Senators back in 2006, he would get traded to the Columbus Blue Jackets in 2012 where he would spent the majority of his career and eventually become captain.
Then in 2021 with the Jackets not making the playoffs, he became part of a three-way trade that sent him to the Toronto Maple Leafs in hopes of winning a cup. Unfortunately the Leafs had an embarrassing loss to the Montreal Canadiens and Foligno signed with the Bruins in the offseason.
Here we are, 2 weeks from the playoffs and Foligno the Bruins will be honouring Nick Foligno tonight for playing in 1,000 games, but Foligno was instead thinking about how he can honour his teammates for helping him get there.
