Heavyweights Drop The Gloves In Western Conference Bout
Heavyweight Fight Between Sharks and Golden Knights' Enforcers.
Yesterday, the Vegas Golden Knights played against the Sharks in San Jose.
In their home opener, they gave the fans what they wanted.
Take a look at the heavyweight tilt:
In October, history remains to be written, and any team can cause a surprise. Even if the chances are slim, the Sharks are going to compete as hard as they can to surprise this season. Things are a bit different in Vegas, where players are getting ready for another playoff run.
Needless to say, both teams don't have the same expectations going into the new season. However, it's not because the Sharks are rebuilding that the players won't compete on the ice.
But as expected, the Golden Knights easily got the upper hand and ended up winning 4-1. Sharks' players gave a great effort in the loss, but it wasn't enough to stop Vegas.
Do you think the Sharks will finish 32nd in the NHL this season?
