NHL Insider Elliotte Friedman stated a lot of teams would be interested in Chiarot on the open market, including Habs rival the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Known as a shutdown defenceman, Chiarot is actually having a decent season with 4 goals so far in 19 games. Definitely a player the Leafs have been lacking in the organization for years.
What do you think the Montreal Canadiens can receive for him in a trade?
