Capitals Center Kuznetsov in COVID-19 Protocol

Just when things were looking up for the Washington Capitals with Nicklas Backstrom making his season debut and center Nic Dowd being activated, the worst happens and Kuznetsov gets put on COVID Protocol. Great. If Kuznetsov tested positive, this will be his 3rd time with COVID.
