Guentzel Injury Timeline Revealed
Earlier this year Jake Guentzel went down with a brutal ankle injury.
Penguins fans knew that he would be missing some time to start 2023-24 but we now have a definitive timeline on how many games he will miss.
#Pens Jake Guentzel (ankle) is expected to return around five games into the season.
This is fantastic news for Penguins fans as it confirms that the Penguins will have Guentzel for around 75 games of the season barring any additional injury.
Many were worried that the Penguins would have to search for a temporary Guentzel replacement but since he will only miss five games, they will not have to worry about it.
