BREAKING: NHL announces another TRADE

The National Hockey Leagues trade deadline was March 3rd this year, and no trade that could affect an NHL roster was to be made after that deadline.
We saw a few trades happen past the deadline that involved American Hockey League players, but that was due to the AHL trade deadline being on March 10th.
With that deadline passed, no trades can occur that impact an NHL or AHL roster, but two NHL teams just made a trade anyways.
The Florida Panthers announced that they traded 2018 draft pick to the Los Angeles Kings.
Roster move: We have traded the rights to prospect Cole Krygier to Los Angeles in exchange for future considerations. Krygier was drafted in the 7th round back in 2018, and has spent the last few seasons playing for the powerhouse Michigan State University team:
