The Los Angeles Kings in return send their 2022 first round pick in the upcoming NHL draft and highly touted prospect from the University of Minnesota defenceman Brock Faber.
Faber was the Los Angeles Kings 2nd round pick 45th overall in 2020's NHL draft. As for Kevin Fiala he had a career year scoring 33 goals and 52 assists this season and is a pending restricted free agent.
Sportsnet's Chris Johnston expected to sign as long term deal with the Kings Fiala last deal was a two year contract that paid him $3 million dollars annually.
