Ryan Reaves went down with a lower-body injury recently and fans have now gotten a loose timeline for his return.
Reaves Injury Not As Bad As It Seemed
During the Maple Leafs' last game against the Columbus Blue Jackets, forward Ryan Reaves went hard into the boards and needed to be helped off the ice.
It was originally anticipated that Reaves would need to be placed on the LTIR but that does not seem to be the case per inside Elliotte Friedman.
Toronto: Brodie game-time (illness). Liljegren returns from injury. Martin Jones in goal. Injury to Ryan Reaves not as serious as it appeared. Likely IR, but not LTIR
Keefe says Ryan Reaves injury isn't as bad as it appeared. He will be on IR but not long term.
Reaves will now focus on his recovery and will hopefully be playing for the Leafs sooner rather than later.
