BREAKING: Department of Player Safety has ruled on David Perron's cross check to Kadri - is it enough?

Last night in the St. Louis Blues hosted the Colorado Avalanche in what turned out to be a blood-bath of the Blues hunting for Nazem Kadri.
The game prior, Kadri had some incidental contact with Blues goaltender Jordan Binnington which injured Binnington and forced him out of the series.
The Blues wanted revenge and on multiple occasions went after Kadri.

The NHL's Department of Player Safety has gotten involved with the actions last night and has issued a fine to David Perron for his actions:
