NHL Insider for the Winnipeg Jets Scott Billeck reports that a fight broke out between a Winnipeg Jets and Colorado Avalanche fans at the game tonight.
Here is the report from Billeck:
Appears a fight broke out in the lower bowl. There is blood all over the boards. A guy laid there for quite some time, looks like he got clocked by a fan in an Avs jersey. Two fans cuffed and escorted out. Fans got the Jets to bring towels over to help the injured guy.
Hearing a proper fight occurred between the fans. Guy got decked and fell backward down the stairs, hitting his head on the boards. Would explain the blood, which has yet to be cleaned up.
After clocking a #NHLJets fan in the front row (who ended up bleeding out after smashing his head on the dasher-board), this Avs fan was dragged out of
@CanadaLifeCtr in handcuffs while cackling to fans along the way.
