There are multiple rumours swirling around the NHL at the moment, but according to Kevin Weekes it is likely to come down to Calgary and Las Vegas for Eichel's services.
A source told Wheel House Hockey a deal with Vegas would likely include Riley Smith, former 1st and 2nd round picks, as well as 2 draft picks.
This situation is fluid and continues to change, but Buffalo is keeping in mind Jack Eichel's no movement clause which kicks in at the end of this season. The NMC would make it nearly impossible for Buffalo to establish a solid return.
