7 Specific Teams Reportedly Out of the Running to Sign Carter Hart

Even though former Philadelphia Flyers goalie Carter Hart is set to be reinstated by the NHL, at least 7 clubs are reportedly uninterested in signing him.
Multiple players are set to be reinstated by the NHL including Carter Hart, Dillon Dube, Cal Foote, Alex Formenton and Michael McLeod.
They will be allowed to sign with any NHL team beginning October 15, but will not be eligible to play until later in the year in December.
The NHL released the following statement with regard the ruling:
The events that transpired after the 2018 Hockey Canada Foundation Gala in London, Ontario, prior to these players' arrival in the NHL, were deeply troubling and unacceptable. The league expects everyone connected with the game to conduct themselves with the highest level of moral integrity. And, in this case, while found not to have been criminal, the conduct of the players involved certainly did not meet that standard.
But despite the recent ruling, there are multiple teams who don't want any part of Hart.

Despite several NHL teams that need an upgrade in goaltending, multiple clubs allegedly won't consider signing him. Per NHL analyst Chris Johnston of The Athletic, Hart likely won't' find work with a team based in Canada, which would also include the Edmonton Oilers.
Hart is looking for a fresh start, which effectively rules out a return to Philadelphia. He's also almost certainly going to land with a U.S.-based team, per league sources.
After their 2nd straight loss in the SCF, the Oilers were thought to be looking to upgrade their goaltending from the tandem of Stuart Skinner and Calvin Pickard and were rumoured to be interested in Hart, but no deal has taken place.
