21-year old Russian goaltender tragically passes away, police investigation is on-going

A tragic story out of Russia as a former MHL goalie, Vladislav Zaitsev died in Yaroslavl over the weekend. Zaitsev's body was transferred to the morgue of Yaroslavl for review by the forensic medical examiner.
Early information indicates that the 21-year old athlete fell out of a window from a home and was pronounced dead. Yaroslavl police are said to be investigating the death of the goalie as well.
Zaitsev graduated from the Yaroslavl Lokomotiv system and in 2019-2020 he played for the Chekhov Russian Knights Club.
