A video of a wild situation where a player was struck in the face by a skate during a pro hockey game in Sweden has emerged. The play looked like it was going to end in disaster but luckily did not.

Olesen Narrowly Avoids Disaster After Taking A Skate To The Face
As it would turn out Olesen would be okay and minorly affected by the hit. After the game, he would end up speaking with the media and commenting on the incident. According to his comments, he hadn't realized what happened but felt lucky to be okay.
