Ryan Reaves Forced To Leave Tonight's Game With A Gruesome Looking Injury
Ryan Reaves has left tonight's game with an injury he sustained in a fight against Philadelphia Flyers forward Nic Deslauriers. When heading off the ice Reaves looked to be in bad shape after the tough bout against Deslauriers.
Tonight Ryan Reaves added yet another fight to his overall career tally. This time against fellow tough guy Nic Deslauriers. The pair decided to drop their gloves almost immediately once they were on the ice together.

The fight overall looked fairly evenly matched between the two sides. However, just minutes after its conclusion Reaves would have to head to the locker room with his eye swollen shut and injured.

As of this moment, Reaves has not returned to the ice and remains out of the game. If he ends up being out for an extended period of time due to this injury the Maple Leafs could be leaving their star players open to more punishment throughout a game.
The Maple Leafs will likely provide an update on Reaves during post-game media coverage. As those updates are provided we will pass them along to you.
