🚨 Maple Leafs draft pick Ben Danford with the Gary Bettman handshake snub
He's gonna fit in just fine! 😎
When taking to the draft stage, Danford snubbed Gary Bettman's handshake, and it was a move that wasn't overlooked by any fans on social media. Unsurprisingly, most Canadian fans loved the move, although it likely wasn't intentional as he was simply overcome by emotion and focusing on the Maple Leafs regime instead.
There's not going to be any punishment for the moment, as it was likely glossed over by Bettman quickly, who realizes the gravity of the moment for this young men, but it's safe to say it's a moment that Danford won't forget for many reasons.
