Brayden Schenn appears to be on the trade block in St. Louis, and now, four contenders targeting the Blues captain have been revealed.
The St. Louis Blues made a miracle run to the Stanley Cup Playoffs a season ago, but in 2025/26, they've struggled mightily, and as a result, there's a chance they look to shake things up.
Early in the season, there's been plenty of speculation around this veteran core, with everyone from Jordan Binnington to captain Brayden Schenn named as potential pieces that could be moved.

Schenn has once again had a solid start to the season, posting 9 goals and 18 points across 44 games, but with a differential of -21, it's safe to say that he's not going to find much success with the Blues.
That has led to plenty of trade chatter around the Blues captain, and now, David Pagnotta has revealed four teams that have flashed some interest in the 34-year old veteran centre.
That's a player that a lot of teams have interest in, not just the Canes; I throw New Jersey in that mix, I think the Habs at some point poked around, Toronto did at some point, I don't think that's a fit right now. - David Pagnotta
Ultimately, it's a matter of when, not if Schenn is moved this season, with the Blues struggling to a record of 17-19-8 through their first 44 games played, and with little hope of another miracle run this season, perhaps now is the time for St. Louis to focus on their future by moving veterans like Schenn.
