Flyers GM Danny Briere gives a concerning update on Matvei Michkov
A new interview found by Philadelphia Flyers fans involving Danny Briere has fans concerned over whether or not the team will be signing top prospect Matvei Michkov.
The Philadelphia Flyers selected Matvei Michkov last June in the 2023 NHL Draft. This was a controversial selection because there is an uncertain timeline for him to come to the NHL. Matvei Michkov is under contract in the KHL with SKA St. Petersburg for several more seasons.

A new interview with Flyers GM Danny Briere revealed that the team is still unsure about the future of Matvei Michkov. Danny Briere went as far as to say he is unsure if Matvei Michkov will ever come over to the NHL.
Apparently, Philadelphia's GM, Daniel Briere said on a French podcast:
"We don't even know if we'll ever see Michknov with our team"
