The Ottawa Senators made the choice to place young forward Olle Lycksell on the NHL waiver wire today after he was scoring at a PPG pace last year.

There wasn't much action today on the NHL waiver wire, but there was a name placed up for grabs that had been scoring at a point per game pace in the American Hockey League last year.
The Ottawa Senators waived Olle Lycksell, who can now be claimed by any of the other 31 NHL teams over the next 24 hours or he'll otherwise be sent back to the AHL.
Winger Olle Lycksell has been placed on waivers Sens Was in concussion protocol but has been skating.
He hasn't played in a game since earlier this month on November 8 and recently cleared concussion protocol. He has a goal in six games played with the Senators this year; he's also played in two games with the AHL affiliate Belleville Senators, and has no points.
