Brady Tkachuk exposed for being 'all talk' after possible long-term injury to Thomas Chabot

Head coach Travis Green watched Thomas Chabot take a brutal hit, but captain Brady Tkachuk offered zero response.
Just two weeks ago, Tkachuk talked a massive game on his own podcast.
He boldly claimed that if a top guy gets targeted, the roster must respond with absolute fury.
He literally said that if opponents go after Ottawa's best players, they will hunt down the opposition's top talent.
Talk is incredibly cheap in the NHL.
Against the New York Rangers, Chabot took a vicious, targeted cross-check directly to the wrists.
The defenseman dropped his stick immediately and skated to the locker room in obvious agony.
A Glaring Double Standard From Brady Tkachuk
Medical experts are already speculating about a potential broken wrist.
If imaging confirms a fracture, Ottawa faces a minimum four-week absence for their elite blueliner.
The physical response from Tkachuk and the rest of the squad? Absolute crickets.
The Rangers captain instantly became public enemy number one in the building.
Yet, nobody wearing a Senators sweater stepped up to drop the gloves or deliver a message.
You simply cannot demand accountability into a microphone and then vanish when the puck drops.
A true leader enforces the code on the ice, not just in a broadcasting studio.
Losing Chabot for a month is a devastating blow to this defensive core.
But losing the integrity of your captain's word is a much deeper problem for this organization.
