'We need to have the conversation': PK Subban takes to social media to share thoughts on Norris trophy

Lane Hutson is once again having a fantastic season, and now, PK Subban has taken to social media to declare he's a genuine Norris Trophy candidate.
Last season, Lane Hutson arrived in the National Hockey League, taking the entire league by storm as he won the Calder Trophy in his rookie campaign with the Montreal Canadiens.
This season, he's gotten even better, posting 9 goals and 52 points in 50 games played, and with a +18 differential on the year, he could be on pace to pass 85 points as a 21-year old defenseman.
Subban believes Hutson is a Norris Trophy candidate
However, he's gotten very little attention in the Norris Trophy race, with many believing that the likes of Cale Makar, Zach Werenski and Moritz Seider are guaranteed to be the top-two in voting.
Now, former Montreal Canadien turned analyst PK Subban has taken to social media to put together a Norris Trophy argument for Hutson, who has emerged already as one of the best offensive defenseman in the entire league.
I'm watching this guy play, and the way he impacts the game, he impacts it in all facets, offensively, defensively, with his competitiveness, his drive... No question, yes, Lane Hutson needs to be in the Norris Trophy conversation. - Subban
Recently, a poll of NHL.com writers concluded that Cale Makar was the runaway favourite to win the Norris Trophy, but given that it's a long season, it's hard to deny that Hutson should be a part of the conversations as well.
Ultimately, if Hutson can keep playing at this level, he's going to win a Norris Trophy or two throughout his career, but with Makar in the league right now, it's going to be tough for him to take the award this season.
