Montreal Canadiens Organization Announces Heartbreaking Passing of Longtime Team Member

The Montreal Canadiens announced heartbreaking news today, as longtime team photographer Bob Fisher has passed away.
The Canadiens organization released the following statement honouring Fisher, and recounting the incredible man that he was:
The entire Canadiens organization is saddened to learn of the passing of former team photographer, Bob Fisher. Above all, Bob was an exceptional man - warm, kind and professional - who used his incredible photography talents to immortalize a number of unforgettable moments in Canadiens history.
Fisher, who served as team photographer for an incredible 25 years, from 1985 until 2010, was part of two Stanley Cup winning teams (1986 and 1993).
During his nearly 25-year career with the team, Bob documented two Stanley Cup victories as the team's official photographer, and his infectious smile will forever be remembered by all those fortunate enough to know him.
He is lived on by his two children, Marc and Julie.
The organization extends its most sincere condolences to his family, including his two children, Marc and Julie, as well as his loved ones. Thank you for all the wonderful memories, Bob.
The Canadiens will honour Fisher as they push for their first playoff appearance since 2021; they can clinch a position tonight with a regulation win over the Toronto Maple Leafs.
Their team, highlighted by captain Nick Suzuki, all-but-slam-dunk Calder Trophy winner Lane Hutson, and with superstar prospect Ivan Demidov on the way for Monday's game against the Blackhawks, looks to be a real threat. Could they have a Cinderella run?
