The Boston Bruins made some major changes a season ago, but they kept superstar David Pastrnak, who has been called out by a Boston radio show.

Last season was one of change for the Boston Bruins, and with the team trading Scott Laughton, Brandon Carlo, Trent Frederic and Brad Marchand, they put the franchise in the hands of the trio of Jeremy Swayman, Charlie McAvoy and David Pastrnak.
The latter has been the biggest star this franchise has had since the departure of Patrice Bergeron and Zdeno Chara, with the 29-year old posting 100 or more points in three straight seasons, tallying the 400th goal of his career in recent times.

This season, he's once again the clear star of the show, posting 10 goals and 22 points in the team's first 18 games, posting two goals in the team's last game, including the 400th of his career.
However, not everyone is happy, as a Boston radio show has called out the Bruins for allowing Pastrnak to do whatever he likes, as he played a shift of 2:56 to end the game as he looked for an empty net goal to seal his hat-trick.
Sure, the team went on to seal the 5-3 victory, but it's clear to see where the frustration comes from, as he played almost three straight minutes as the team looked to close out the win, simply looking for the personal glory.
Ultimately though, he's been productive and a star for this team since arriving over a decade ago, and while the team around him haven't been at their best and lack major talent, it's easy to see why the Bruins allow him to do what he likes on the ice, as he continues to be a superstar and one of the best players in the NHL.
