Coyotes ownership bails on facing their fans' questions once again
The Arizona Coyotes have not spoken publicly since announcing their team would be moving to Salt Lake City. Outside of a written statement written using AI the ownership group was radio silent. Today that was supposed to change with a press conference.
With a press conference scheduled for this afternoon Coyotes and NHL fans were excited to finally have comments and answers from the ownership group themselves. Instead just minutes before the press conference was expected to begin it was canceled and rescheduled.
They cancelled it 10 minutes before it was supposed to start and rescheduled for tomorrow- you can't make this stuff up
A report earlier in the day confirmed that the staff within the organization was being told the plan for the first time today. With how much had been leaked it is insane this had not been done yet.
Coyotes management is addressing the staff for the first time as we speak about the future of the team.
As for the fans and public, they will have to wait at least another day for answers on the future. However, with how the Coyotes organization has handled things to this point expecting much in the way of comments is wishful thinking.
