Adam Ruzicka had a controversial season this year after his contract was terminated by the Arizona Coyotes when he shared a questionable video on his social media. Now, it looks like he has hired a new agent.
Adam Ruzicka is on the open market this offseason after his contract was terminated this year by the Arizona Coyotes. Ruzicka showed a questionable video on his social media with what appeared to be illicit substances and was promptly terminated by the Coyotes just days later. He cleared waivers during the situation.
Now, it appears Ruzicka has hired a new agent to go find him a new contract this offseason. Ruzicka will go with Aljosa Pilko, an agent notorious for his focus on Russian clients.
"👀 Former #Flames/#Yotes Adam Ružička joins Aljoša Pilko at PlayersAgent LLC." Hockey News Hub said.
They added, "Ružička looking to play elsewhere after that video surfaced and his contract was terminated by the #Yotes"
Ruzicka didn't have much of an impressive season, starting the year off with the Calgary Flames before being traded to the Arizona Coyotes. He had 3 goals and 6 assists for a total of 9 points in 49 games played.
It remains to be seen if he will be signed to a new team this offseason, however, his new agent will have his work cut out for him.
