Sergei Bobrovsky trade seems imminent after Panthers' signing of Louis Domingue

Pierre LeBrun says the Florida Panthers are listening on Sergei Bobrovsky, and Louis Domingue just signed, that is pure trade deadline pressure.
LeBrun reported Florida has shifted into 'seller' mode on pending UFAs, with Bobrovsky and A.J. Greer named as the headliners.
The team also confirmed it agreed to terms with goaltender Louis Domingue on a one-year, two-way contract for the remainder of the 2025-26 season.
Domingue is 33, drafted in 2010, fifth round, by the then-Phoenix Coyotes, and he has NHL mileage as a true depth option.
Bobrovsky is the one to watch, a $10,000,000 cap hit in the final year of his deal, and he can control a lot with his 16-team no-trade list.
For any team looking for an upgrade in net, a back-to-back cup champion is certainly appealing.

Panthers fans are split right now, half terrified of a crease collapse, half ready to burn it down and cash out before Friday.
Domingue's signing does not scream 'replacement,' it screams 'insurance,' the kind you buy when you are about to make a scary phone call.
If Bobrovsky moves, the return has to match the reality, goalie market, cap hit, and no-trade friction all dragging the price down.
Florida's deadline identity has changed, and this year, the cup, let alone the playoffs, are out of the picture.
