Last night some New York Rangers fans were escorted out of Amerant Bank Arena by Florida police during the Florida Panthers 3-2 win over the Rangers.

One of the unfortunate parts about hockey games is how rowdy fans can get from time to time. During the playoffs, all emotions are amplified and fans can wind up making decisions that they will regret the next day.

We saw this happen last night when Florida police escorted some New York Rangers fans out of Amerant Bank Arena.

Their departure was met by a roaring applause from Panthers fans around the section with some waving goodbye and others waving rally towels.

To make these Rangers fans' night even worse, their team lost in overtime to the Panthers after Blake Wheeler took a penalty on Aleksander Barkov and Sam Reinhart cashed in on the powerplay.
