Carolina Hurricanes defenseman Brady Skjei drew the first penalty of the playoffs against New York Islanders captain Anders Lee with questionable tactics after going down rather easily.

The Hurricanes and Islanders are currently playing the first game of the 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs and we already have controversy!
On a rush chance, Anders Lee was driving towards the net and looked to have pulled Brady Skjei down. However, it seems like Skjei went down easy.
To add salt to the wound, Evgeny Kuznetsov scored on the subsequent powerplay.
