The Minnesota Wild have emerged as a very good team these past 2 seasons and are legitimate cup contenders.
In 2021, they used their first round pick on a goaltender named Jesper Wallstedt who is currently playing for their American Hockey League franchise.
In a game between the Iowa Wild and Chicago Wolves, where the Wild would win 5-2, we saw the rare goalie goal by the Wild's top prospect.
Wallstedt made 37 saves in the win and scored a goal in the last minute of play into the empty net:
