Star Young Goaltender Officially On The Trading Blaock
The Philadelphia Flyers are currently in a state of disarray, both on the ice and within the management. Yet, with Danny Briere now at the helm, there is a glimmer of hope among Flyers fans that things could start to turn around.
Hart On The Trading Block
Interestingly, Briere recently dropped a surprising announcement. He revealed that he's officially open to considering offers for their number one goaltender, Carter Hart.

At just 24 years old, Hart was the Flyers' second-round pick, 48th overall, in the 2016 Draft. Numerous hockey analysts have compared his playing style to that of Carey Price. Despite these high expectations, Hart has had a rough couple of seasons, primarily due to the underperformance of the Flyers' team.
In this season, Hart posted a 22-23-10 record, with a 2.94 goals-against average, and a .907 save percentage. He has one year left on his current contract, which pays him $3,979,000, and he will be a restricted free agent soon.
Hart Would Fit Nicely On A Playoff Contender
Without a doubt, the Flyers will receive numerous inquiries about Hart, who is still regarded as an elite goaltender. It raises the intriguing question: how would he perform in a more dominant franchise?
